**Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding**

We are hiring a full- time Operations Executive to support our freight forwarding and logistics operations, while also assisting with customer relations and business development.

**Requirements:**

* 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.

* Good understanding of air, sea, and land freight, including import/export processes.

* Experience in shipment coordination, cargo tracking, and operational documentation.

* Basic sales/business development knowledge and ability to maintain customer relationships.

* Strong communication, customer service, and problem- solving skills.

* Experience dealing with carriers, agents, transport companies, and customers.

* Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documents is an advantage.

* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

* Familiarity with FMS/TMS systems is preferred.

* Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

**Role Overview:**

The Operations Executive will handle daily freight forwarding operations, coordinate local and international shipments, communicate with customers and overseas agents, track cargo movement, and support sales follow- ups and customer inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient service.
