We are looking for a Logistics Customer Service Executive to manage customer communication and support daily logistics operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments, deliveries, and services

2. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment processing

3. Prepare and process logistics documentation

4. Communicate with the dispatch team regarding deliveries

5. Resolve customer issues and operational delays

6. Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in logistics

2. Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment

3. Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)

4. Fast and efficient in computer use (MS Office, email, logistics systems)

5. Ability to work under pressure

6. Good communication and coordination skills

7. Experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
