• Plan and assign daily delivery routes.

• Dispatch orders on time.

• Monitor drivers and delivery progress.

• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams.

• Assist with vehicle loading and ensure orders are loaded correctly before dispatch.

• Resolve delivery issues and driver concerns.

• Ensure drivers follow SOPs and upload proper POD.

• Update and verify delivery status in the system.

• Monitor attendance and driver performance.

• Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.

• Escalate operational issues when required.

• Ensure on time dispatch and delivery performance.

Able to work rotational shift

weekly 1 day off friday not fixed

able to work on public holidays
