**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote company services.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability targets.
- Resolve customer conflicts through effective negotiation while maintaining satisfaction and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with clients and explore new business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support.
- Maintain an up- to- date customer database and monitor client performance, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and update customer information in the system.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Outdoor Sales.
- Proven success in a business development role, ideally within the freight forwarding/customs clearance industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Commercial focus with experience in data analysis and sales report analysis.
- A valid driving license is required.
