Looking for Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities for F&B facilities, including kitchens, dining areas, and storage units.

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Manage the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, cooking equipment, and other essential F&B infrastructure.

• Collaborate with F&B managers to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting daily operations.

• Manage maintenance budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost- effective procurement of supplies and services.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Maintenance Manager in the F&B industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem- solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
