Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor emergency maintenance works on- site accurately and efficiently.

Directly coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality execution.

Prepare progress reports, project schedules, and quantity surveying.

Monitor daily site operations and ensure full compliance with technical specifications.
