To support Laboratory/Technical Manager to manage the civil (concrete, soils, asphalt) testing laboratory within budget.

To be well versed with test methods and procedures, analysis of test data.

Open Job cards while receiving samples, and ensure that all stages of job activities are recorded with good traceability.

Supervise lab technicians to carry out the required test as per Customer requirement and as per applicable standards and ATS approved procedures.

Coordinate with Lab./Technical Manager and arrange timely calibration of test equipment, and routine maintenance of equipment.

Ensure sufficient consumables, accessories/spares for the test equipment is available in Lab.

Prepare of test reports and maintain records and corrective actions of nonconforming test activities.

Establish and maintain a highly flexible approach to working practices to achieve smooth, efficient and cost-effective services, develop methods to keep technical knowledge up to date.

Qualification: Msc in Physics or Bachelors in Civil Engineering.

experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
