Wanted: Manager for a Publishing and Distribution House

We are seeking a full- fledged manager to establish and manage a new publishing and distribution house.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Complete management of the house (financially, administratively, and operationally).

* Establishing and building a work team, assigning tasks, and monitoring them.

* Direct supervision of all stages of production and publishing.

* Managing distribution, sales, and marketing operations.

Basic Requirements (Must Have):

* Previous Experience: A deep understanding of the business, along with experience and expertise.

* Administrative and Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage an entire facility and lead a team.

* Publishing and Printing Experience: Previous experience in the publishing and distribution field.

* Proactive Personality: The ability to establish a business from scratch.
