Looking for Mandoob
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the company’s representative in dealings with government authorities, including processing permits, licenses, and other necessary documentation.
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as renewing trade licenses, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing paperwork related to immigration, labor, and customs.
• Liaise with government agencies and other external parties to resolve issues and expedite processes.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for staff, including visa processing, work permits, and health insurance matters.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of services and goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with government offices and other external entities.
• Support the restaurant management team with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.
• Keep updated with changes in regulations and policies that may affect the company’s operations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Mandoob, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of local governmental procedures and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
• Familiarity with local languages and culture is an advantage.
