We are looking for a reliable and responsible Mandoub to support our company with daily government- related tasks and duties.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting government offices, submitting and collecting documents, handling company- related formalities, and ensuring safe driving for official assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle government transactions (visa, residency, labor, municipality, etc.)

Visit ministries and offices for document submission and collection

Carry out company errands and deliveries

Maintain proper records of documents and transactions

Coordinate and update management on task status

Requirements

Valid Kuwait driving license

Knowledge of Kuwait government procedures preferred

Previous experience as Mandoub

English and Arabic communication skills

Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual

Familiar with Kuwait roads and locations
