• Mandatory: 5+ years of dedicated marina construction experience. General civil engineering experience is not sufficient.

• CV must demonstrate specific marina projects managed from concept to completion.

Critical Expertise:

• Full technical authority in marina- specific materials, corrosion mitigation strategies, and underwater structural repair methodologies.

• Proven experience in sourcing and outsourcing: managing specialized supply chains for marine- grade materials, cathodic protection systems, and diving contractors.

• Must be currently based in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
