Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Helper & Driver to support our marine workshop and field service operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn marine mechanical and electrical skills while assisting technicians with boat, outboard engine, and jet ski maintenance across Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist marine technicians in workshop and on- site service jobs

• Support maintenance, repair, and installation of outboard engines, jet skis, boats, and marine equipment

• Drive technicians, tools, spare parts, and equipment to customer locations across Kuwait

• Assist with loading and unloading boats, engines, and workshop equipment

• Clean and prepare work areas before and after service jobs

• Help maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, and inventory

• Assist with engine washing, basic servicing, inspections, and troubleshooting

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Based in Kuwait

• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory)

• Age preferably 20–35

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors

• Basic understanding of tools and equipment (preferred, not mandatory)

• Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical work

• Good attitude, discipline, and reliability

• Ability to work weekends and during the marine season when required

• Previous experience in workshops, marine services, automotive, or maintenance is a plus
