Job description:-

Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment and vehicles.

Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on heavy equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other components of heavy machinery.

Replace worn or damaged parts and components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments.

Test and adjust equipment settings and controls to ensure proper operation and adherence to specifications.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or manual logs.

Conduct field service repairs and maintenance at job sites, construction sites, or remote locations as needed.

Follow safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents and injuries.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

Stay current with advancements in heavy equipment technology, tools, and diagnostic techniques through training and professional development.
