Must possess an Engineering Degree and have minimum 12 years of experience in Refinery Oil and Gas project. Must be proficient in preparing, evaluating material and contracts tenders for projects, studies, maintenance services and consultancies. Shall be proficient in performing technical comparison, cost analysis and recommending project ordering/ awarding. Shall assist engineers regarding codes, standards, commercial conditions, specifications, market availability and cost of direct materials and services. Shall have good experience to suggest substitution or utilization of the existing materials or service contracts to reduce cost. Shall assist contract custodians with contract administration issues like contractor claims and clarifications on contractual aspects. Shall be competent and able to independently handle assignments.
