Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Department Manager – Business Development & Partnership Opportunity

About the Opportunity: Our company is seeking a driven professional to lead our Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Department as a growth partner. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commercial vision to build a new client base, expand our service reach with government entities and the private sector, and play a pivotal role in the department's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the department's daily technical operations efficiently, while developing a clear plan to increase business volume and revenue.

• Lead efforts to identify and secure new maintenance projects and build a strong network of relationships with government authorities and potential clients.

• Provide full technical and administrative oversight of government maintenance projects, ensuring on- time, on- budget delivery.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders, focusing on profitable and innovative solutions that increase win rates.

• Qualify and register the company to participate in mechanical and electrical maintenance projects with Kuwaiti ministries and government agencies.

Analyze market trends and competitors and propose new services or improvements to enhance our competitive offers.

Build and develop a high- performing technical team, training them on quality standards and client service excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a proven record in growing project portfolios and developing commercial opportunities.

• Proven experience handling tenders and contracts with Kuwaiti Ministries and Government agencies.

• Deep understanding of technical pre- qualification and registration systems with government entities, and the ability to navigate approval processes effectively.

• Strong commercial and leadership skills, with strategic thinking ability to convert opportunities into profitable contracts.

• Excellent communication, team management, and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.

• Fluency in Arabic is essential. Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from KD 350 – 400, based on experience and qualifications.
