Job responsibilities and skills required

Has to prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimate of structural roofing and general piping system.

Sound knowledge of structural roofing.

Tracking budgets and keeping a close eye on purchase orders, cost analyses and estimated production costs.

Coordinate with engineers for any queries for representing roof structure to avoid delays in project timeline.

Good drawing knowledge.

Co-ordinate with clients.

Minimum 5 years experience in concern field.

Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor s degree in mechanical or civil/structural.
