MECHANICAL SALES ENGINEER Situations Vacant

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in the sales of landscaping, agricultural , and power machinery. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to assist clients in selecting the right machinery to meet their unique needs. This role emphasizes product knowledge, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and problem- solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify potential customers and develop new accounts through organized sales outreach efforts.
2) Generate high- quality sales leads, follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, secure and renew orders, and arrange timely deliveries.
Log and analyze client feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies and better address customer needs.
3) Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and propose solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
4) Consistently achieve assigned sales goals and quotas.
5) Provide technical training to team members on the features and applications of the company’s products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Must currently reside in Kuwait.
A valid driving license and willingness to travel are required.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
*Experience working with oil companies.
Familiarity with agriculture and livestock farms.
*Background in product distribution and managing distribution channels.
*Experience working with professional landscaping contractors and construction companies.
*The maximum working Experience required is 5 years
