Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Supervisor to join our team as part of the pre- opening phase of a new shopping mall in Jaber Al Ahmed. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a high- profile project from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and drainage

systems

• Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with specifications, safety

standards, and local regulations

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project

execution

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently

• Monitor work progress and ensure completion within deadlines

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes during pre- opening

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in facility

management or large commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems

• Experience in pre- opening projects (malls, hotels, or commercial properties) is an

advantage

• Good leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
