​Language: Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

​Visa Status: Applicants must hold a transferable Visa 18 (Ahli).

​Responsibilities

​Greet patients and visitors professionally upon arrival.

​Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check- ins.

​Coordinate between patients and medical staff to ensure efficient clinic flow.

​Handle inquiries via phone and email in both English and Arabic.

​Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic medical billing or insurance documentation.
