1. In this role, you will play a critical part in effectively handling day- to- day supervision of Guarding Operations within the assigned area. This position also ensures operational compliance, discipline, service quality, and client satisfaction through inspections, staff supervision, reporting, to our ongoing success and strategic goals.

2. Support operational objectives by ensuring guarding services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with contractual and organizational requirements.

3. Support workforce capability development by identifying training, retraining, and On the Job Training (OJT) requirements.

4. Conduct random site inspections (day and night) to ensure compliance with duties, turnout, and operational standards.

Requirement:

Secondary or Diploma.

Experience in Guarding.

Kuwait Driving license is Mandatory.

Local Resident and should be holding a transferrable visa
