The Movement Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the movement of concrete mixer trucks, drivers, and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of ready- mix concrete to project sites across Kuwait. The role ensures optimal utilization of fleet, reduces idle time, and maintains smooth communication between the batching plant, drivers, site engineers, and customers.

Plan daily dispatch of concrete mixer trucks based on site requirements.

Assign drivers and vehicles efficiently to ensure on- time delivery.

Maintain daily dispatch reports, trip logs, and delivery schedules.

Track fuel consumption, mileage, and truck performance.

مسؤول الحركة هو المسؤول عن تخطيط وتنظيم ومتابعة حركة خلاطات الخرسانة والسائقين والطلبات لضمان تسليم الخرسانة الجاهزة إلى مواقع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة عالية داخل دولة الكويت. كما يهدف إلى تحسين استغلال الأسطول، وتقليل وقت الانتظار، وضمان التواصل الفعال بين محطة الخلط والسائقين ومهندسي المواقع والعملاء.
