Role Objective:
Ensure stable operations of Al- Hareth App, manage integrations and technical incidents, and support digital marketing and growth.
Primary Responsibilities — Technical (Priority):
• Diagnose and track issues using bug/ticket systems
• Read app logs and identify causes at a basic level
• Conduct testing and UAT before releases
• Oversee integrations with payment gateways, shipping, and external tools (SMS / Push / Analytics)
• Configure dashboards, settings, and control panels
• Set up tracking tools (Pixel, Conversion APIs, Analytics tracking)
• Write clear technical reports and follow issues to closure
Digital Marketing — Secondary:
• Launch essential paid campaigns and monitor results
• Coordinate promotional content with designers
• Manage push notifications, email, and SMS
• Track conversions, orders, and key metrics
Requirements:
• Practical experience with mobile apps or e‑commerce platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Firebase / Google Analytics
• Experience using bug‑tracking tools (Jira / Trello / ClickUp)
• Ability to read basic code / databases (not full development)
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and documentation focused
KPIs:
• App installs
• Orders
• Customer acquisition cost
• Retention and repeat purchases
• Time to resolve issues
