To design, develop, and implement a customized CRM solution for our company. The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience in Odoo (Enterprise), with a strong background in Python, PostgreSQL, and modular ERP/CRM development. You will collaborate with our internal teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective Odoo applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and implement custom CRM modules in Odoo.

•Customize existing Odoo modules and integrate them with third- party applications.

•Analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo functionality.

•Develop and maintain APIs for integrations (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp, email, lead APIs).

•Create automated workflows, record rules, and access rights for CRM users.

•Optimize database performance and ensure system scalability.

•Provide documentation, user training, and post- deployment support.

•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

•2–5 years of experience in Odoo development (Enterprise and/or Community).

•Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.

•Hands- on experience with Odoo CRM, Sales, and custom module development.

•Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and server actions.

•Experience with REST APIs and third- party integrations.

•Knowledge of Git, Docker, and Linux server environments.

•Strong problem- solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

•Experience with Odoo.sh or self- hosted deployments.

•Knowledge of Odoo Studio, Workflows, and Access Control Rules.

•Familiarity with Odoo 15/16/17/18 Enterprise.

•Understanding of business processes in CRM, Sales, and Customer Support.

•Prior experience in financial/forex domain CRM (a plus).
