Office Secretary Job in Kuwait

We are seeking an organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will handle correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, and assist with day- to- day office tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Maintain organized filing systems and office records.

Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.

Support management with administrative tasks and communication.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Open to early- career professionals while prior experience is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
