Operations Manager – Fast Food / Food & Beverage

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–9 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, including at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant or fast- food brands and overseeing day- to- day operations.

• Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem- solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience in workforce planning, staff training, performance management, and operational efficiency improvement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
