OPERATIONS MANAGER – Food & Beverage

Are you a results- driven leader with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry? We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and business growth.
Industry: Food & Beverage
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant F&B operations experience
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across outlets and/or central kitchen facilities.
• Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and cost control measures.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant and kitchen management teams.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, and QA/QC departments.
• Drive business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem- solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple outlets, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, or central kitchens is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, inventory management, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
• Immediate joiner will be given preference
