A delivery company in Kuwait is looking to hire an experienced:

Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

● Supervise daily operations and monitor rider performance.

● Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and compliance.

● Track productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved.

● Resolve daily operational issues and maintain effective communication with riders.

● Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

● Monitor service quality and reduce delays and order cancellations.

● Coordinate with delivery platforms and manage day- to- day operations.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation operations.

● Previous experience managing and supervising teams.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.

● Ability to work under pressure and in a shift- based environment when required.

● Good command of English. Arabic or Bengali language skills are an advantage.
