Position: Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our Pizza & Burgers Casual Dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading the restaurant team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.

* Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.

* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, hygiene, and food safety procedures.

* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

* Control labor, food cost, and operating expenses.

* Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance and performance.

* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and support departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Conduct staff training and maintain high service standards.

* Prepare operational reports and maintain inventory control.

Qualifications

* Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an **Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a Pizza, Burger, or Casual Dining** restaurant concept.

* Proven experience managing restaurant operations and leading a team.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.

* Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

* Knowledge of restaurant KPIs, inventory management, cost control, and customer service standards.

* Able to work in a fast- paced environment.

Requirements

* Preferred Nationality: Arab (Lebanese preferred)

* Visa: Transferable **Visa 18 (Ahli) only

* Joining Date: Available to join in -September

* Must have hands- on experience managing the same restaurant concept and handling restaurant staff.

* Professional appearance and customer- oriented attitude.
