In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent from international markets to meet our company's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop strategies for recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for international talent acquisition.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with international labor laws and immigration processes is a plus.
