We are seeking an experienced Overseas Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent from international markets to meet our company's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop strategies for recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for international talent acquisition.

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

- Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide updates throughout the hiring process.

- Stay informed about industry trends and immigration policies related to overseas hiring.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international setting.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with international labor laws and immigration processes is a plus.
