Receptionist
Part- Time
Working Hours: 7 AM – 8 PM (Saturday)
Start Date: September 2024
Tasks:
• Daily admin work
• Organizing documents & files
• Documenting financial information
• Maintaining & checking supplies
• Studio inspections: Quality check on all equipment, space, floor, a/c, plumbing, wifi, etc.
• Overseeing the studio cleanliness and making sure all is up to par
• Assisting with daily tasks
• Answering all calls and messages or enquiries from customers
• Sending a payment link to customers
• Registering customers to class via system
• Making sure to receive all customer with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Contacting customers: Class reminders, package expire, offers, etc.
• Inventory
Skills:
• Proactive & solution oriented
• Detail oriented & able to notice any issues
• Capable of working independently & efficiently
• Organized
• Punctual with time
• A structured person naturally
• Positive attitude
• Capable with working with a team
• Multi- tasker
• Has a good understanding of how to use Microsoft Word & Excel
• English speaker and writer (Arabic speaking is a plus)
Looking for a FEMALE receptionist who is great with people, social, has positive and energetic energy, and is very easy to communicate with. The receptionist will be answering calls as well as booking clients into the classes for the center. They will need to attend to any customer service needs and be able to answer questions or concerns the customer may have.
It's important for us to hire someone who has some sort of passion for dance, music, or the arts and has an appreciation towards it as we are a small team of dance artists and instructors. The environment is a positive and supportive one with a mix of international people. We would love to find an addition to our team.
