Partnership Opportunity – Commercial Director (Trade & Supply Division)

As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a professional partner to establish and lead our Commercial Division, specialized in importing and supplying all types of industrial and commercial materials and equipment required in the Kuwaiti market.

We are not hiring an employee — we are looking for a Commercial Director & Business Partner with strong market experience, leadership skills, and the ability to launch, structure, and grow a new division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the commercial division in line with company goals.

• Build and maintain a solid network of suppliers (local & international) and clients.

• Identify market opportunities and prepare competitive supply proposals.

• Lead purchasing, pricing, and supply operations ensuring profitability and efficiency.

• Supervise contract preparation and manage key commercial relationships.

• Develop marketing and sales strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in trading, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Deep understanding of the Kuwaiti market and supplier networks.

• Strong leadership and team- building capabilities.

• Proven knowledge in pricing, contracting, and import operations.

• Established professional connections with clients and suppliers in Kuwait.
