Main Responsibilities

Creating and testing new cake recipes to meet customer demands.

Designing and decorating cakes according to customer specifications.

Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation of the baking area.

Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.

Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.

Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.

Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.

Create new dessert recipes, and test new Flavors.

Creating and developing 3D Designs and must have experience in 3D printing.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a bakery chef within the hospitality and catering industry.

Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker.
