Looking to hire for a well known Real Estate Company in Kuwait

1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.

2. Bachelors in Business Administration or relevant.

3. MBA/ Professional certificates – SHL, CIPD, SHRM or others will be added advantage.

4. 5- 8 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration and performance management.

5. Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks, design principles, and application through HR lifecycle is preferred.

6. Experience working with market- based pay structure and participating in salary surveys.

Key experience - Performance Management & Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) Administration.
