Position: Commercial / Trading Specialist (Industrial & Oilfield Supply Focus)

Location: Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Specialist to establish and lead a dedicated industrial supply unit focused on the Kuwaiti market, starting from zero. This is not a traditional employment role; it’s a performance- driven partnership for someone ready to build, operate, and grow a trading function with full operational authority and senior- level backing.

Core Focus Areas:

• Industrial machinery & equipment

• Oilfield consumables and supplies

• Spare parts for factories, refineries, and upstream/downstream facilities

• Lifting systems (e.g., overhead cranes, hoists)

• Valves, piping, and fittings (including API/ANSI standards)

• Electromechanical components and integrated systems

• Note: These reflect active business lines, opportunities may extend beyond this scope based on market demand.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands- on experience supplying industrial, oil & gas, or heavy infrastructure materials within Kuwait

• Proven track record in sourcing, pricing, and delivering to local projects, especially through tenders (CTC, KOC, KNPC, MEW, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of Kuwait market pricing, reliable suppliers (local & international), and customs/import procedures

• Fluency in English (essential for technical specs, supplier communication, and documentation)

• Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

• Ability to work independently, make decisive commercial judgments, and deliver measurable results
