Al Mashaan Steel Co. is looking for a skilled and reliable Powder Coating Painter & Metal Spray Painter to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands- on experience in surface preparation, powder coating, and spray painting of metal products, with a strong focus on quality and finishing.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Prepare metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and degreasing

2. Apply powder coating and spray paint to metal products as per project requirements

3. Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens

4. Ensure proper coating thickness, smooth finish, and color consistency

5. Inspect finished products for defects and carry out touch- ups when required

6. Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area

8. Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards

**Requirements**

1. Previous experience in powder coating and metal spray painting

2. Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques

3. Ability to operate painting equipment efficiently

4. Attention to detail and commitment to high- quality work

5. Ability to work in a team and handle workload under deadlines
