A well- established dental center is looking for an experienced Process Management / Operations Specialist to develop, optimize, and implement efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure smooth day- to- day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement efficient operational processes to improve workflow

Identify areas for process improvement and create structured solutions

Ensure smooth coordination between departments to enhance efficiency

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize operations

Train and guide staff on new processes and best practices

Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for different functions

Work closely with management to align operations with business goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in process management, operations, or business development

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills

Ability to create and implement structured workflows

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus

Proficiency in process documentation and optimization tools
