Procurement Duties

Sourcing & Vendor Management:

Identify and evaluate potential vendors. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to ensure cost- efficiency.

Purchasing & Contracting: Process purchase orders (POs), track orders, and ensure on- time delivery.

Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased products and services meet the company's quality and quantity standards.

Market Research: Continuously review market trends and evaluate vendor offers.

Storekeeping Duties

Receiving & Inspection: Unload, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders to detect damage or discrepancies.

Inventory Control: Accurately record all stock receipts, withdrawals, and transfers using manual or digital inventory systems.

Stock Management: Organize, label, and store supplies in designated areas.

Ensure optimal stock levels and perform regular physical inventory audits/counts.

Issuance & Replenishment: Issue materials according to approved internal requisitions.

Monitor minimum stock levels (PAR levels) to prevent shortages.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
