We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing activities, and shipment coordination for local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers and subcontractors and process material requisitions

• Prepare price comparison sheets and issue Purchase Orders

• Coordinate with vendors on delivery schedules and material readiness

• Manage local and international shipments (air, sea, road)

• Prepare shipping and customs documentation (BOL, invoices, clearance papers)

• Follow up on shipment status and resolve delays or discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

• Provide regular reports on procurement and shipment status

Requirements:

• University degree.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Kuwait.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and customs procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under pressure.

• Transferable visa is required.
