Responsibilities:

Supplier Relationship Management: Assess supplier invoices against purchase orders and contracts; authorize payments and communicate with the finance department; solicit and evaluate supplier quotations; work with stakeholders to manage purchase requisitions and orders; analyze and recommend supplier bids while ensuring ongoing communication.

Procurement Operations: Handle procurement requests, generate purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers; monitor shipment status to ensure prompt delivery; verify receipt of goods in acceptable condition; maintain accurate purchasing records and price lists.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with departments to identify procurement needs and resolve inventory discrepancies; generate reports on inventory levels, shelf life, and requisitions.

Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate contract terms with suppliers, assist in drafting specifications for purchased equipment and materials, supervise store clerks, and foster positive relationships both internally and externally.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to procurement regulations and best practices; manage contract performance and ensure vendor compliance with terms.

Education and Experience:
