Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail- oriented Product Research and Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying trending products, and overseeing the manufacturing process for various custom products. This role requires expertise in working with diverse materials, including acrylic, leather, fabric, metal, and paper, as well as proficiency in printing, embroidery, laser cutting, and other manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research & Trend Hunting

Conduct market research to identify trending and in- demand products.

Analyze competitor products and industry trends to determine new opportunities.

Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to develop innovative product ideas.

Utilize e- commerce platforms and social media trends to track consumer demand.

Manufacturing & Production

Oversee the production process for custom items, ensuring high- quality standards.

Work with different materials such as acrylic, leather, fabric, metal, and paper.

Manage laser cutting, engraving, embroidery, and printing operations.

Optimize production techniques for efficiency and cost- effectiveness.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high- quality materials.

Quality Control & Process Improvement

Ensure all manufactured products meet company quality standards.

Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.

Conduct product testing and evaluate customer feedback for improvements.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of product research methods and market analysis.

Hands- on experience with acrylic, leather, fabric, metal, and paper- based products.

Proficiency in printing, embroidery, laser cutting, and other manufacturing techniques.

Familiarity with manufacturing tools, machines, and production software.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent problem- solving and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of industry trends, e- commerce platforms, and consumer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or product development role.

Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD).

Understanding of international sourcing and supplier management.

Experience in the GCC market is a plus
