Job Summary:

The company is looking for a professional Production Engineer to oversee all stages of the manufacturing process in the factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing production operations to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· Production Planning: Develop detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and monitor their accurate implementation to achieve set goals.

· Manufacturing Operations Management: Oversee production lines to ensure smooth operations, increase productivity, and achieve the highest levels of efficiency.

· Quality Assurance: Directly coordinate with the quality department to implement strict quality standards and specifications (such as HACCP, GMP) at all stages of production.

· Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the production workforce, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers, to enhance their performance and efficiency.

· Occupational Health and Safety: Apply and promote all occupational safety standards and procedures in the workplace to ensure employee safety and prevent accidents.

· Efficiency Improvement and Cost Reduction: Continuously analyze production processes, identify improvement opportunities to reduce waste in raw materials and time, and lower production costs.

· Maintenance and Reporting: Coordinate with the maintenance department to establish preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment readiness, and prepare periodic production reports for upper management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Experience: A minimum of 5- 7 years of practical experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a managerial position in the plastic manufacturing sector (mandatory).

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or any related engineering field.

Required Skills:

· Technical Knowledge: In- depth knowledge of manufacturing processes in plastic factories, equipment, and food safety and quality standards.

· Planning and Organization Skills: Exceptional ability to schedule production, manage resources, and organize tasks efficiently.

· Problem- Solving: Strong capability to analyze technical and operational issues in production lines and find effective and quick solutions.

· Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead a productive and motivated team.

· Good Command of both Arabic and English Languages.

· System Experience: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.
