We are Hiring Production Engineer - GRC for our Factory (RECAFCO).

Duties and responsibilities

Monitor and execute GRC production processes according to standard specifications.

Improve and develop production lines to increase efficiency and quality.

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Coordinate with design, quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

Prepare and present regular reports on production, performance and supply.

Develop accurate production and supply schedules to meet market demands and factory plans.

Prepare materials requests and ensure materials comply with required specifications.

Utilize production management and planning software to enhance workflow and reporting.

Adhere to safety and environmental procedures within the factory.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 5 years experience in GRC production.

Good Knowledge of GRC Technologies and materials.

experience in GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum) and gypsum works is a plus.

Proficient in using related software.

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve production issues.
