Location: Kuwait

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and well- organized Project Coordinator to support site operations and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders. The role requires daily presence at the project site and strong follow- up on workforce movements, documentation, and communication with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

•Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience.

•Available on a full- time basis at the project site.

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

•Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.

•Valid Kuwaiti driving license with a registered vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and follow up on employees’ gate pass and site access requirements.

•Liaise with the control room and security teams to ensure smooth entry and exit procedures.

•Maintain records, documentation, and daily coordination with project stakeholders.
