Project Coordinator / Pre- Sales (Engineering)

Role Summary

We are seeking an Engineering Pre- Sales Coordinator to support tendering and proposal activities related to ELV, CCTV, Power, Electrical, and Infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, compliance sheets, and technical proposals.

Handle tenders related to ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Batteries, Generators, and Data Center infrastructure.

Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical and commercial offers.

Ensure compliance with customer and tender requirements.

Support project planning, coordination, and documentation.

Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.

Assist the Enterprise Manager in business development and opportunity tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field

• 3–5 years of Engineering Tendering/Pre- Sales experience

• Knowledge of ELV, Power, and Infrastructure solutions

• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.

• Residency must be transferable

• Immediately Joiner

• Indian and Pakistani Nationality only preferable
