Project Coordinator / Pre- Sales (Enterprise)
Location: Kuwait
Report to Enterprise Manager.
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Pre- Sales & Tendering professional to support Enterprise business activities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, compliance sheets, and technical proposals.
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for pricing and technical support.
Handle Enterprise products such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Software solutions.
Manage tender submission processes and documentation.
Support solution design and customer requirements analysis.
Track opportunities and maintain tender records.
Coordinate project handover to execution teams after award.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field
• 3–5 years of Pre- Sales/Tendering experience
• Experience with Cisco, Dell, Lenovo, NetApp, Microsoft or similar OEMs
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
• Residency must be transferable
• Immediately Joiner
• Indian and Pakistani Nationality only preferable
