We are looking for candidates for the below position:

Procurement Engineer.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing suppliers and sub- contractors.

• Maintaining approved suppliers list.

• Processing requisitions by sending enquiries and receiving quotations.

• Conducting technical review of offers with assistance from operations, if required

• Supplier analysis and negotiations.

• Creating comparisons and obtaining relevant approvals

• Liaise between suppliers and projects on production capacities, readiness & material supply.

• Working closely with vendors on shipment/delivery schedules and ensuring that all required shipping documents are prepared in accordance with customs requirements. Dealing with freight and clearance companies are required

• Practicing material cost reduction on procured material.

• Preparing and distributing reports as requested.

- Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in the oil and gas sector.

• Proficiency in Purchasing / Negotiation / Strong Communication Skills / Honesty & Integrity / Organizational skills / Computer Skills.

• Preferred bilingual female.

• Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.

• Can join within a month.
