Purchase Assistant Vacancy in Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and detail- oriented Overseas Purchase Assistant / Purchase Coordinator to manage international purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with global suppliers, handle import documentation, and ensure timely procurement of materials from overseas vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers to obtain competitive quotations

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations, shipments, and deliveries

Coordinate with shipping agents and ensure all import documentation is accurate and complete

Monitor supplier performance and maintain up- to- date purchase and shipment records

Support customs clearance and logistics coordination when required

Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in overseas purchasing or procurement

Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping procedures

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong negotiation, organization, and time- management skills

Age below 35 years

Article 18 (Transferable Visa)
