About the Role:

We re looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator with strong experience in lighting and smart home systems. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure smooth supply chain flow and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and process purchase orders (POs) based on project needs.

Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and delivery terms.

Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, packing lists, and customs documentation.

Track inventory levels, handle returns, and manage stock replenishment.

Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely delivery.

Ensure cost control, quality compliance, and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

3 5 Years experience in purchasing and logistics (lighting or smart home sector preferred)

Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and shipping procedures.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.

Bachelor s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field)
