We are hiring URGENTLY Quantity Surveyor position for GRC Factory.

Quantity Surveyor for / Pricing Engineer for GRC Factory.

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial matters on a construction project. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring the project is completed within the approved budget.

Job Description:

Analyze tender documents and prepare competitive quotations.

Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

Evaluate material, Labor, and equipment costs.

Monitor project costs and manage cost variations.

Prepare interim and final payment applicants.

Coordinate with design, production, procurement and finance teams.

Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors and historical pricing.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying, preferable in the GRC or construction industry.

Skills: Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
