We’re Hiring: Real Estate Manager (Luxury Villas) – Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager with proven experience in luxury villa property management to join our team immediately in Kuwait.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury villas.

Fluent in Arabic & English (preference for candidates from Sham countries).

Must be currently in Kuwait with immediate availability.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee tenant relations & leasing management.

Coordinate property maintenance & vendor services.

Handle financial & administrative tasks.

Manage and grow the property portfolio effectively.

Salary Range: 600 – 650 KD (negotiable for the right candidate).
